Order cancellation, return, refund and digital access policy for Wedigo.

Refund policy
Unless legally required otherwise, or in the event of a major malfunction attributable to Wedigo, confirmed payments are not refundable once premium features have been activated.
This rule is linked to the immediate provision of a digital service accessible after payment confirmation.
As Paddle is the reseller and Merchant of Record, order, payment or refund-related requests may also be handled by Paddle support under its Buyer Terms.
Cancellation
A premium order can be abandoned as long as payment has not been confirmed.
For payment issues or exceptional requests, the user may contact support at the address below.
Subscriptions
When a subscription offer becomes available, the user may cancel a monthly subscription for the following period, except for offers with an expressly accepted annual commitment.
Cancellation does not refund periods already started, unless legally required otherwise.
Delivery
Wedigo does not deliver any physical product. No carrier is involved.
Transport company: not applicable, because the service is fully digital.
The service is accessible online immediately after account creation or premium payment confirmation.
Physical delivery timelines: not applicable. Delivery costs: not applicable, €0.
Product returns: not applicable, because no physical product is shipped.
